Chic Guest Suite Across From Park

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in a mid-century modern bungalow overlooking a large park in Regina. The suite is located on the main floor of the house, there is one step down in to the suite. The accommodation features: A 350 square foot private suite with its own bathroom and discreet entrance. One very comfortable queen size bed. As well, a leather chesterfield which folds out for a second, very comfortable queen size bed. The suite's private bathroom (compact but very cute) has a shower, sink and loo, lots of plush towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The "kitchenette" area is located next to the suite's garden doors overlooking the rear deck. It features a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Ideal for light snacks. (not suitable for actual cooking). Dishes and cutlery, cork screws, bottle openers, etc are provided. The suite is stocked with a selection of teas, fresh ground coffee and bottled water. Suite has a brick fireplace (with electric fireplace insert). Chest of drawers and open closet for organizing clothes. Full-length mirror. WiFi Internet. Flatpanel HDTV. Quality towels & bed linens, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Iron and ironing board For longer stays we can make arrangements for laundry. We are located across from Kinsmen Park South and are next to the Storm Channel Walkway system, so there are lots of options if you wish to go out for a stroll. Groceries can be obtained from our local family-run grocery, 'Lakeview Fine Foods' (we love them) which is across the park on Hill Avenue. Good Life Fitness (Golden Mile Shopping Ctr) conveniently located a few blocks away, a quick easy walk or short drive. Have fun with the whole family at this lakefront cabin and enjoy everything the lake has to offer. Spectacular sunsets, close to town and the golf course, while also being tucked away on a very quiet dead end street. Enjoy the hot tub, beautiful kitchen and massive wrap around deck. Prime location! Directly across from Katepwa Provincial Park on the dog friendly part of beach provides a beautiful lakeview from front & golf course/valley view from back. Store and restaurant/bar a short 5 minute walk. TransCanada trail runs behind the cottage with hiking trails nearby. Fully equipped kitchen opens up to the living room/ dining area. Large fenced backyard with fire pit, patio, BBQ and deck. Dog friendly. No a/c but fans provided in each bedroom. Come enjoy our family cabin.
