Also included are two roll-away twin memory foam sleepers if needed, along with three sofas that flip down into futons. Great vibe and comfort! Property has a sunroom with a beautiful view. In the sunroom is a spacious table for dinner with a view if you'd like to eat outside. The living room has a 51" tv and wifi. If you have any streaming services you can log in and use them as well!

This was perfect for five ladies to enjoy peace and quiet and a pool. We drove 5.5 hours to enjoy Ralph's place. The pool was fantastic and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would gladly recommend Ralph as a host and this property!

I can't say enough good things about the tree house- it is such an amazing stay! My partner and I had a very relaxing time and were so impressed with the build quality - the beautiful pine finishes everywhere made us feel at home in the woods. The hosts were also super welcoming and proactive about things- and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant to try along our bourbon trail! 100% would come back to stay again.

Cute and updated farm house! Nice kitchen appliances, coffee pods available - which was great because we traveled a long time and didn’t have the chance to stop at the store. The backyard was really pretty and peaceful and the beds and pillows were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again!
