Homely apartment with everything you need. Had a lovely 7 stay at Rhys's apartment it was the perfect home away from home. The location so close to the city with all Major shops & attractions were within walking distance which made exploring the city really easy. The apartment is spacious, bright, as described and shown in photos. Bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was effortless. Rhys the host available and easy to communicate with. This place was close to where all the action is but also quite peaceful and very secure and safe for its location in proximity to Courtney Place and beyond. If you dont mind the odd wierdo person on Courtney Place, there are great places to eat and is close by to museums/supermarkets and public transport. The gym, sauna and pool came in handy when you dont feel like going out your way to a formal workout place.

Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. It's exactly what you need if you are here for a visit or a medium term stay. Thanks Sally!

Tina's place was great. Me and my boys enjoyed it so much and felt literally like home + nothing can beat the coffee machine !!!

Awesome location, can walk to everything and right by the bus stop. We were easily able to settle into the place, it had a great feel to it. The kids loved it too. Thanks Al!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. It was nice to have covered (and secured) parking but it is tight. Definitely a challenge to park a big vehicle but they offered an alternative if the vehicle didn’t fit which was really nice.

We had a wonderful weekend with family, staying at Julie’s house. There were 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with great views. Everything was really clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had lots of instructions. Julie communicated well before our check in. Parking directly opposite was a bonus. For anyone with mobility issues, just be aware that there are steps up to the entrance, and living / sleeping is on 2 floors.

I booked at the very last minute at 6:30pm on the night and the host responded so quickly. I am so grateful because this old house is very unique with plenty of history. Awesome views that you never get tired of. Walking distance to every where. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the property and bedrooms rooms up on 2nd level so if you have old or bad legs this could be a problem. Not a problem for me at all though & I am nearly 60. Thanks for a great stay and sharing your family home with me.

We loved our time here. Beautiful waterfront location, bountiful back garden, comfy beds, and generously equipped, for a family of 5 to have an enjoyable stay.

My family and I stayed at Jodi’s for my dad’s 70th birthday getaway, and it was a perfect place to be! Sitting in the living area watching ferries, planes, surfers and dog walkers - we weren’t in a rush to be anywhere else. It was a fantastic place to be for some R&R. We would highly recommend staying here - Jodi is a friendly responsive host and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful refreshing stay at Danielle's home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Every room had large picture frame windows looking out onto the most amazing immediate view of community enjoying the beach in all manner of ways. We loved staying at Danielle's home it was a real highlight.

We’ve stayed at a lot of wonderful places in our many travels around the world and this place is at the very top of the list! We have never stayed at any location more beautiful nor more secluded nor more welcoming. Champagne on arrival and continental breakfast and fixings in the fridge and in the cabinet. The house is incredible and the hospitality is outstanding. Would highly recommend getting a chef’s dinner as it was remarkable and delicious particularly when paired with Man of War wine. Definitely take the morning walk and take full advantage of the bathtub. We had a bath every single night as the stars appeared in the sky, and it was the most romantic and wonderful thing I think either one of us can remember. In addition to all of that wonderful playlists were available for music and such a beautifully appointed home with comfortable beds (Nothing else to say really other than we really hope to come back someday soon and experience the treasure once again!).

Great place for a family weekend in Wellington. Cool location with great views of the South coast. Good location for things in Miramar peninsular or Kilbirnie/Lyell Bay area

Our family had a great time at Shama’s accomodation. Great place to stay, very comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a peaceful place to stay. The price was great 😊And host Shama would always message to check if we needed anything and if we were ok. That’s what we called an amazing host. This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
