The studio is attached to the main house but completely seperate with independent access. The stunning beach is only 300 metres walk away via conveniently located walkways. A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a mini kitchenette in a cupboard, as per the photos. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount.
