Holiday rentals with a patio in Tebet

Great location with a really beautiful view of the city skylines. Close to plaza Indonesia and grand Indonesia so it was convenient. Will book again if I were to visit Jakarta again.

It was a great experience for sure Elvira helped a lot during in various questions and was always responsive. The apartment itself has a perfect location near to Epicentrum Walk and Kokas, which have all you need for life. Inside the apartment everything is tidy, and the view from the balcony just stole my heart! The only thing you might consider are several mosques in front of the windows, so starting from 3 am it gets noisy, on some days even for the whole day. But even here Elvira left fresh earplugs for my convenience, so sleep was also great. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

I had an amazing stay near Sudirman, Jakarta! The location is fantastic—within easy reach of Citywalk Sudirman, a great spot for dining and shopping. What made the stay even better was the host’s exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. From smooth communication to thoughtful touches in the accommodation, everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Jakarta!

5/5 – Fantastic Stay! The host Kharisma is a wonderful person. I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb flat. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was my first time visiting Jakarta. There is a Lotte Mart nearby, so you can get everything there. With cheap Grab taxis, you can get around as you wish. Start your Jakarta journey with a friendly host and a modern and great apartment.👍

stay on Radinda's place is lovely, the room is exactly same with picture, easy to find and connect with the mall. She so responsif when we ask of something. I will stay again in the future.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.
