This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Private unit next to the owners house. Well separated by trees. Own drive & entrance. 2 Bedrooms, but the smaller one is tight for 2 adults. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Kettle, no Cooker. Bathroom and living area. Fully insulated and double glazed with a heat pump/air con. Lovely quiet area with beautiful views of the hills and a 900m walk from Sandy Bay Beach. 25mins drive from Christchurch Centre. Please note there are no shops in Governors Bay but there is a cafe and a pub.

Located in Cass Bay, with a full ensuite, queen bed, and full kitchen with outdoor deck and close access to a variety of coastal walking tracks. An 8 minute drive to Lyttelton provides a range of eclectic cafes, restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, and a Farmers Market every Saturday our Tiny provides an alternative to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
