Welcome to our apartment please feel at home. Our place is homely with a lovely big garden and a big terrace, located in Kunduchi Beach, a walking distance to the beach and beach hotels/water park. The price advertised is the nightly price, but if you book one month or more you get 10% discount. It is a calm area and in a small compound which has a very good security with alarm system and eletrical fence. Electricity is not included in the rent.

I had a wonderful stay at Karim’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect—close to supermarket, beach and transportation was not a problem. Karim was very responsive and helpful. He made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Iman's place! The cottage was so lovely and sits inside a beautiful and well maintained garden in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It's even better than the pictures! It's newly renovated and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in Dar for 3 weeks and wish I stayed here the whole time! But i will definitely be back for my next trip to Dar es Salaam. :)

What started with a one week stay, turned almost into one month for my little family and I. So I would definitely like to take some time to write a thoughtful review for other guests considering staying here. The place is exactly like the photos - very green, breezy, and peaceful. We have felt like we are at a home away from home here, due to a combination of factors - from personal touches and thoughtfulness from Grace herself, who is so positive, hardworking and joyful - to just the energy of the place itself - calm, cool, and live and let live. Her staff are very kind and helpful, and if you ever need anything, they are there to help. If you have small children, I would say this place is quite safe and secure, not many typical hazards to watch out for with little ones so you can feel easy walking from your contained room to the pergola for breakfast or up the driveway to catch a taxi. All in all, definitely recommend, not just for the space itself but the lovely folks behind it.

Cozy, clean and comfortable apartment.The green area at yard and pool add value and beauty to the place. The internet works WELL!! Riziki (the front desk manager) was always ready to attend our (me and my 3 kids) requests and support whenever necessary. The location is good, specially if travelling on holidays as it is closer to beaches but a little bit far from the city centre (it won’t be an issue if you’re driving). I strongly recommend this place.
