O espaço não fica ao lado da UFV, está em frente à Univiçosa. local agradável e seguro. De carro, a UFV está a 15 a 18 minutos. Para quem busca conforto e economia é uma excelente opção. Se a prioridade é estar ao lado da (UFV), recomendo buscar hospedagem próxima à instituição. Porém os valores dobram. Prezo pela transparência , justamente para evitar qualquer mal-entendido futuro. We are located on the same land as the Ressaca farm, a farm with more than 100 years of many stories. 52 km from Lavras Novas 22 km from Mariana 34 km from Ouro Preto 11 km from Cachoeira do Brumado 51 km from Ponte Nova.
