Cabin in a family atmosphere

Estarás con excelente conectividad si te hospedas en este alojamiento y con grato ambiente familiar. Nos encontramos cercanos a entrada sur de la Costanera de Valdivia. Frente a la propiedad se encuentras el Supermercados Gavilán y hay varios Food Truck en la avenida. Estacionamiento gratuito. Cabaña cuenta con tres ambientes. Nuestra cabaña Valdivia está cercana a nuestra terraza. Somos una familia que desea que nuestros huéspedes pasen una excelente estadía y se sientan como en casa.

Amplia cabaña ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, en patio trasero de casa habitacional, cercana a supermercados, parques, hospitales y restaurantes, con excelente acceso a locomoción. Cuenta con entrada independiente y tiene disponible un estacionamiento cerrado. Cuenta además, con una maravillosa y amplia terraza rodeada de naturaleza. La cabaña cuenta con calefacción central, además de calentador eléctrico, cama matrimonial y un sillón cama.

Beautiful Loft, inserted in a rustic atmosphere with a nice view of the Valdivia River. It has thermopanel windows, is very bright and has a modern structure. Pellet heating, security camera, cable TV, excellent Internet, Smart TV, electronic ignition water heater, grill etc. *Before check-in, the Loft is subjected to sterilization and disinfection by the use of an ultraviolet (UVC) lamp and with ozone, which allows reaching every corner of the place destroying viruses and bacteria.

Ubicadas en un excelente barrio residencial, tranquilo y limpio, cercano a parques, costanera, mercado y salida directa a la costa. Se aceptan mascotas pequeñas, pero deben traer su propia cama, está prohibido ocupar las camas o asientos de la cabaña para uso de mascotas. las mascotas deben estar siempre bajo supervisión.

Casa demmerer Valdivia

Es un excelente punto de partida para visitar la ciudad. Estamos ubicados en el límite urbano-rural, a 12 minutos del centro de la ciudad ,en vehículo. La locomoción está a 600 metros aproximado, por lo que recomendamos venir en auto. La cabaña está equipada con las comodidades de una vivienda moderna y cuenta con calefacción de combustión lenta. Cada huésped debe llevar sus propias toallas. ¡Te esperamos!

Rustic cabin with an atmosphere on Teja Island

A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.
