Daily rental of a new Mediterranean cabin on Teja Island in a very cozy setting with large green areas and spacious parking away from the cabins to avoid engine noise. All cabins are new and newly equipped, providing a space of tranquility and pleasure on your vacation. Its privileged location in Isla Teja just a 15-minute walk to downtown and the waterfront and just 10 minutes from pubs and restaurants in the area.

It's an excellent starting point for visiting the city. We are located on the urban-rural border, 12 minutes from downtown by vehicle. The train station is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the amenities of a modern home and features slow-burning heating, with firewood provided for the entire stay. Each guest must bring their own towels. We're waiting for you!

Rustic cabin with an atmosphere on Teja Island

Bright 27m2 cabin located on the patio of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, nearby there is a supermarket and a restaurant area. It is a 10-minute walk from La Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. 5 blocks away, the bus passes by to the coast (Niebla). Tourist accommodation: It is not rented monthly at any time of year.

A small cabin surrounded by fruit trees and very cozy nature. The master bedroom is in an attic. There is a sofa bed on the first floor, with a terrace, swimming pool, parking, and a small grill. Ideal for a couple only, with a child or companion. We have laundry. The cost for 10 kgs. is $5,000.00 and includes drying. Heating is only for winter. We rent a kayak for 2 people and a Canadian canoe

Rental cottage with access to the Calle Calle river, has a shared dock with guests of the main house. The cottage is 15 km from Valdivia in the Huellelhue sector (15 to 20 minutes drive). The cabin has wood heating (slow fuel). There is also the possibility of using double kayaking.
