The villa has 2 double beds, 2 single beds, a large living room sofa set and a fully equipped kitchen and all white appliances. It is located 15 minutes from the center of Silivri, 40 minutes from Istanbul New Airport, 20 minutes from Çorlu Airport and 5 minutes from Silivri beaches. The front and back gardens are covered with grass; there is a seating area in the front garden and a dining table in the back garden. Our luxury villa has an alarm system.

It is sufficient for all the needs of a family. It has a 180-degree sea view and a barbecue. It has the best view in Tekirdağ. It has a great view for the sunrise. There is a boiler. The fireplace is active; you can light it. It is very pleasant. Note: The price is for two people. There is a fee for additional guests and pets. The building has stairs and no elevator. We can offer affordable solutions for special occasions, marriage proposals, and birthday celebrations for an additional fee. Note: Male guest groups are not accepted.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the village before Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 more house on the same land. It is a pristine place at the foot of the Logoz forests. There are fields, fruit trees, and a fire pit on the property. A stream runs through the land. 2 min by car and 20 min on foot to the village center. There are 5 to 8 acres of land and sparse houses around it. It is a small community of photographers, painters and designers.

I'm not talking about 200m away from the see, it's literally 30 cm away from the sea. There are 4 individual guest rooms that you can stay as a group.
