The Barn at Lees Farm is in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Ironbridge is a 5 minute drive/35 minute walk away. It is very peaceful and relaxing but that does mean you’re driving up a track to get to me, it’s a bit bumpy in places. There is a wood fired hot tub option available on request. This is extra and not included. We are dog friendly, please add your dog to booking

Recently refurbished, the apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and modern bathroom with a shower and bath (ideal for relaxing after a long day of walking/site seeing).

The studio is located just off the high street with bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.

The School House, a charming 200-year old cottage.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.

We are ideally situated for a relaxing stay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Coalbrookdale is steeped in history, the home of Abraham Darby's Iron ore smelting works. The Museum of Iron & Enginuity are both just a short walk away, where the ruins of Abraham's original furnace still stands. The Coalbrookdale Arms is a friendly local pub, the Furnace Kitchen is great for breakfast with Ironbridge's many bars & restaurants close by.
