The property is less than 5 minutes drive to Much Wenlock and close to Ironbridge, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Ludlow & Church Stretton -ideally placed for seeing the best bits of Shropshire. We are near to many great walks, National Trust/English Heritage locations and foodie highlights. We have lived in the County for 50+ years and are on hand to help and provide advice on where to visit & eat locally.

Our price per night hasn’t changed but is only higher as we now need to pay the Airbnb booking fee previously paid by the guest. The overall cost to you hasn’t changed. Groom's has a wood burning stove, the perfect location for a break.Sitting in the grounds of a Georgian house, accessed via a traditional walled garden and overlooking a cobbled courtyard, this beautiful setting is perfect for relaxing in front of the fire or open the door and there are loads of beautiful walks in the area.

They are welcome to visit the chickens, ducks and horses. With beautiful Cleobury Mortimer within walking distance and Ludlow only a 15 min drive your not far from shops, pubs and restaurants. Willow Cottage

A well equipped and spacious 1 bedroom annexe with a sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for two children but only one adult). Located close to Ironbridge, Bridgnorth and Telford. Plenty of walks, National Trust properties and nice pubs in the surrounding area. It has a wet room, fully fitted dining kitchen and lounge. Tea & coffee will be provided. There is a private patio area looking over the garden. If you need anything specific for your stay please let me know. Sorry no dogs.

The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.

Marnwood School House is a beautiful holiday cottage with bags of charm. The cottage dates back 200 years, where it was originally used as a school house for the poor but Reverend Bartlett in 1824. The property has been fully restored to an excellent standard, whilst still retaining its period character. The property is just a few minutes drive from Ironbridge, which offers lots of attractions and activities for all ages, as well as great places to eat.
