Apartment holiday rentals in Tema

This is a great apartment in a prime Accra location. The unit is exactly as described. I rented it because of the balcony / view and I was not disappointed. Ben-Ike provided clear instructions and was extremely responsive to any inquires. This will be my “go-to” rental when I am in Accra.

The apartment met and exceeded expectations. The Internet is super fast and location is very accessible and close to restaurants and night clubs. I have already recommended to a few friends traveling this summer. Be well and stay bless as you travel to Ghana.

The apartment was very well organized with everything you expect for your comfort. The fibre optic internet was extremely fast and working from there was so great. The balcony view was very beautiful too. The Host Bea was very responsive and made sure of my comfort. I cant wait to be back again ....

Amazing host. Together with Nelson in site at The Pavilion Apartments, they were amazing. Very responsive and attentive. Nelson was least helpful and never skipped a moment to help. I’d strongly recommend these hosts

Felt right like home! Looks better than the photos. Friendly, responsive host. The place is quiet and peaceful, great neighborhood as well. Was perfect after a long day at work. Frances is exceptional - kind, extremely quick in responding and very proactive. She did not leave any request or question unanswered and/or unresolved. The accomodations are exactly as described, everything that one could need was available in the apartment. The Loxwood is also situated in a prime location making it very convenient to get to many places and attractions easily and quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend booking this apartment. Looking forward to returning and staying here again. Many Thanks !!!

Ebo's was simply WOW👍🏾. It was everything as in the photos and really felt like a complete home. Ẹbọ and Gifty were always available to help and made u feel comfortable to ask them about and for anything and they always responded quickly and generously. They made the trip enjoyable and had so much knowledge about everything- where to find what, how to get there and were even available for out-of-normal hours requests 24/7 customer service. Excellent. Loved the apartment, loved the service, loved the guys💯. Thank u Gifty and Ebo🫶🏾

This place is a great option in Accra. Very nice apartment with all you need, and the building is amazing — two big beautiful pools, a really nice gym, and a nice cafe on site. Will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Welbeck’s. I only cut my time short so I can see more of Ghana and will definitely book again. I appreciate the hospitality and flexibility. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. The a/c is icy cold and the shower could nearly boil rice. The neighborhood is still developing but seems safe overall to me and the view is unbeatable. Thanks again for everything!

Richard is a really great host. I was especially impressed by his attention to detail - from dental floss in the bathrooms to coffee and sugar in the kitchen cabinets. Richard always made it a point to check in and make sure I was fine during my stay without coming off as overbearing. And he is incredibly polite too! Same for the caretaker who helped me check in. Richard’s space is the true definition of home away from home, which is exactly what I needed. It is worth every cedi and is a refreshing reminder that you don’t need to break the bank when you want a little time to unwind. I shall definitely be returning to this place.

The apartment totally exceeded my expectations. The space was clean and the interior is modern and well decorated. The pool area is also stunning for those days where you just want to relax. So many insta worthy spots to take a pic by the pool. The location is also quite central so you’re never too far from all the happening local spots. Great place to stay. Owusua is a responsive host - when an issue came up she sent someone over quickly to resolve it and offered a late checkout to make up.

I really enjoyed myself. I've been coming to Ghana for 5 years and this was the best stay so far. The room was great, the pools, and restaurant on location was awesome. I made a lot of great new friends as well. I'll definitely be staying here upon my return.

The property was very clean, great location and very secure. The host was very helpful and very quick to respond to queries. It was value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

View is amazing as said. Both from the rooftop and the room. All amenities working in prim and proper shape. Amazing customer service of all workers on-site. Prompt response to complaints. Quiet neighborhood. The stay was a memorable experience. Would recommend..10/10.

Excellent Stay! My favorite part was the recliner rocking chair! As an online business worker, I spent a lot of time on that couch. Was comfy and perfect for getting work done. Also the bed was super comfortable, comforter and linens were soft. Location was perfect! Great restaurants nearby, very walkable! Rooftop pool! Very clean, pest-free place!

We were truly impressed because we were a bit skeptical, look forward to visiting very soon.
