House holiday rentals in Tema Metropolitan

The highlight of my weekend wasn’t even how beautiful the rooms were but how kind Kofi was to us. Very patient in dealing with us and so much in a hurry to answer any questions! The house was so serene. Didn’t even feel like we were in Accra! It definitely felt like I was in my dream home. Everything was working and honestly, I don’t think the pictures do enough Justice to how pretty the place is. The bath tub plus Netflix was it for me! I’m definitely going back and I definitely recommend!

There’s something about this place that puts both your heart and mind at ease. The moment you walk in, you feel it a kind of quiet warmth that makes you want to take a deep breath and just slow down, and feel at home. Someone really cared when they put it together. Like it was meant to be more than just a place to stay.

I will certainly book this place again. The location is secured, peaceful and had all amenities that I would expect in a home. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home

We were visiting on a family trip of 7. There was plenty of space for everyone. Very spacious house. With all necessary amenities making stay easy and pleasant. Host is always there to help if needed, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had fantastic time thanks to his advice. Place feels very safe and secured. Highly recommended.

The apartment was just as described in the listing clean, stylish, and located in a convenient neighborhood. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Alfred's Court( Vesta Jackson), because the place was neat, all amenities working and the apartment was located in a peaceful area. We also had help from the caretaker Emma with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member and when I visit next time, I would surely lodge there again because location was perfect.

The place was just as described but better. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your family. Wifi was fast and the A/C was cold and functional in all areas. Any minor issue was resolved quickly and we definitely stay here again when we come to Tema.

No cockroaches or Roaches in this place GREAT DEAL!

Saani's place was just as seen in pictures. Beautiful and welcoming. Felt very homely. His assistant and Housekeeper were amazing too... always ready to assist. if u need a home away from home, will definitely recommend Saani's 👍👍👍 Weldone guys... keep it up....

best place to stay! same place anytime in ghana!

My family has been staying on and off for extended stay's at Henry's place since last fall. I must say that this Airbnb, the host/s are a "God sent". I am so thankful to have a place that are so close to wear my son is in school during his study abroad year. Further, being in a place that matches our quality of life back home matters and this is that place. This is very important for long term stays. If not, everything is being pursued would be disrupted. This property is well taken care of and Henry, and Elaine, the co-host are both efficient, proactive, and quickly responsive in their communications and remedies. This is the case even if it is the middle of the night wherever time zone Henry may be in at the time. Hope you all enjoy your stay/s at Aspen Gardens (Henry's place) as much as my family has.

Amazing! Was exactly what we were looking for. A homely space for a long stay near family. Beautiful and friendly host & surrounding neighbourhood. Felt like home away from home! 😊 Peter and his team were responsive to all our needs and any questions we had… Always! I would definitely see myself staying here many times over as it was perfect for me & my partners needs.

The check in was seamless. My host accommodated my additional request to have guests over in the morning. The host was always on hand to support us. All appliances were functional without any issues. The place was safe and conducive. Love my time staying at the home.

Nicholas maintained his communication with me right after landing till I got to the location although pretty late he waited for me and handed over the keys. Welcomed me with a little conversation getting to know me better. Best part of Frank's place is the patio where I could sit and enjoy the early morning sunshine without any intrusion. Room equipped with reuired items for morning coffee, no traces of unwanted smells in bathroom so I could take shower anytime. Nicholas a very nice gentleman was there for me one afternoon and drove me in his private car to visit my friends; that was a mark of going the extra mile of customer service at its peak! we all know how Internet is part of vacation Frank's Wi-Fi is of a good quality and that prompted me to ask Nicholas who the service provider is. Stable Internet! Frank's place is worth staying my next visit. Great deal of gratitudes to Nicholas!
