Close to everything. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go.

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay and the area was just beautiful! I will definitely be coming back!

This places was great! Basically only used it for sleeping. But after driving 1,100 miles in 3 days, paired with the air conditioning, a cozy bed and the sound of rain on the roof sleep came easily.

My family stayed for a few nights en route to our new home. This Rv was an amazing find! Super clean and excellent response time from the hosts. We had an issue with the hot water on the first night and Cindy replied instantly and we had our hot water running within just a couple minutes. The RV is situated in a campground and even though the other campers were parked rather close to each other, it still felt very private. The sound of the running creek was amazing to listen to at night. This was our first time staying in an RV and we loved it. We would stay again in a heartbeat and our only regret was not staying longer. The pool/arcade/mini golf area was also just a 4 minute walk with our kids (that was their favorite part), and it was super convenient to have access to the laundromat.

We came up for a motorcycle rally and had a great stay, the host was super friendly and responsive as well as the camper being clean and comfortable!

This little bus was a perfect way for my wife and I (and our pooch) to enjoy a weekend away. We moved away from Nashville last year and this was such a great way to come back and see the area in a new light and celebrate our friend’s marriage. Peaceful and serene I could sit and stare at the stars for hours. Would stay again!

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I! Very peaceful and romantic, but also so close to all the attractions in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Next time, we’d love to bring our dog since the area seems super dog-friendly.

Donald was always available when we had a question. The site was everything and more. We enjoyed having the golf kart. There was so much to do without the traveling if you chose on site. Our 2 puppies felt right at home. I enjoyed falling asleep in the woods with slight sound of the water. I really likeed the fountain and stone grill. I would definitely recommend this site and Donald for your next stay. I will be booking again without a doubt.

This stay was just perfect! The camper and property were amazing, the bed was sooo comfy and the hosts were fabulous. They gave very clear directions, kept in contact to make sure we found it and were able to get inside ok, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% recommend these hosts and this property to anyone and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The camper was clean and cozy. Bart, Natasha, and Kaiya were great host. They were very friendly and we felt right at home. Natasha and her daughter were very nice to show us the animals. All the animals were friendly and loved attention. My daughter loved playing at Sugar Magnolia Farms. The baby goats, playground, and Kaiya's company were an added bonus. I would definitley recommend staying here especially if you would like a nice break from Nashville and experience the country side in Robertson County.

We had a wonderful two night stay, and the cabin was nice and perfect for the two of us. The location is beautiful, remote and quiet. The owners were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will be back for sure!

The location was really nice a beautiful RV resort with everything you need around! Close to gatlinburg downtown! The place had everything we needed cooking and grilling super easy ! It was pretty outdoor firepit and swing made staying outside really comfortable! The only thing to complain about ! we didn’t realize it was right next to the main road which made it pretty noisy when cars passed by! My husband is a lite sleeper so this was one thing that he didn’t like about the place ! Everything else was great Anita was helpful with suggestions local recommendations on what to do ! A great stay!

The scenery, the sunsets, the stars! This property is so serene! The air stream is very roomy. It has everything you need. We spent our days doing yoga on the deck, connecting with nature, going on hikes and making s’mores at the fire pit. Chris is so wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! This town is cute, quant and everyone is very sweet. There’s lots of farms and cows to see as well. This experience brought us a lot of peace and connection. You won’t regret booking this property. Go experience the magic for yourself.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this camper. Outdoor Resorts Campground is beautiful, clean and safe. The massive pool is the best part! The camper met all our needs and worked with no flaws. Would stay here again in the near future.

We stayed for a long anniversary weekend with a dog and we felt right at home. The other residents were extremely friendly towards us and welcoming! We were surprised to find how comfortable the bed was. Another great factor was it is close and right off a main hwy to gatlinburg.
