Casa Abi, excellent location 25 minutes from the beach

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores around the corner from the house, self-service store 5 minutes away, shopping mall 10 minutes away, San Blas Beach 25 minutes away, park 5 minutes away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has a garage for a car with measurements (2.40 meters high, 4.80 meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to the university (UBC) and Tecnologico de Tepic. We are located just 10 minutes from factories such as Dräxlmaier and ATR.

The best place to rest and spend a pleasant time in Santa Maria del Oro, quiet and in the company of nature. A break from the city. The best place to recharge batteries to keep everyday activities. Our house has a pool , with a fire pit, playground for small, spacious green areas.
