You will love this German-style house that is located on the shore of the lake with a very nice terrace, a pool that is integrated into the garden and 6 steps from there is the lake and its beach. It has a boiler that is suggested to be hired but only in the winter season since the rest of the year it is not necessary. (extra cost of $1,500 per day, minimum 2 days) The rental cost increases from the sixth person, so it's important to specify how many guests will be staying.

The property has 2000 m2 with a very spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a TV, and a full bathroom. Another bedroom with 2 double beds, full bathroom, sofa bed and TV and another bedroom without TV. The master bedroom has a mini-split air conditioner. Its use is NOT included in the booking rate and has an additional cost of $290 MXN per day to cover electricity consumption. We appreciate conscious and moderate use of the equipment.
