I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. A life where tending the home, garden, working hard but coming together is most important. If you are looking for a reciprocal authentic respectful experience in this area look no further. Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Un angolo di pace da cui godere un panorama stupendo tra gli Appennini ed il mare. Appartamento curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, vicinissimo al medievale centro storico di Montepagano. Vacanza indimenticabile e da consigliare a tutti

Casa Candida è inserita in un paesaggio favoloso. Ho sempre desiderato visitare questa parte dell'Abruzzo e questa era la sistemazione dei miei sogni. Le sue caratteristiche ce l'hanno rapidamente resa "casa". È stata per una settimana la nostra base di partenza per escursioni indimenticabili. Vicina, 15/20 minuti di auto, la Piana del Voltigno, con cavalli liberi, il pastore Pasquale, un ambiente e un paesaggio da sogno. E poi via, ogni giorno una meta diversa: Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Bominaco, Navelli, il fiume Tirino, le Gole de Sagittario e Scanno, L'Aquila, il Santuario della Ienca, per arrivare fino ad Amatrice. Tanta auto, ma anche tanti passi con davanti agli occhi bellezza. E nel buio e nel silenzio della sera/notte, uscire per l'ultima passeggiata col cane e vedere i segni del passaggio delle greggi. Questi luoghi sono stati per noi vacanza, alla ricerca di una bellezza non facile, che va meritata. Grazie Nadia, grazie Casa Candida.

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Super schöne und ruhige Gegend. Lea und Ronald waren herzliche Gastgeber. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Location veramente bella, con vista molto suggestiva. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca un po' di relax o anche x passare del tempo in famiglia. Molto particolare nelle forme e anche nell'arredo. Pietro è un proprietario molto cortese e disponibile. È sicuramente un luogo in cui ci piacerebbe tornare.

Soggiorno a dir poco fantastico, un posto incantevole dove potersi rilassare e bere dell’ottimo vino con un bellissimo panorama, per non parlare della magnifica piscina con vista. Appartamento come da descrizione, super attrezzato. Gli host sono sempre gentili e disponibili, Luca e Paola ti fanno sentire a casa, davvero preparati e appassionati in ciò che fanno, è grazie a persone come voi se si può gustare dell’ ottimo vino! Vi ringraziamo per i bellissimi giorni passati da voi!! Torneremo a trovarvi presto

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Annalisa è stata una host super gentile, puntuale e disponibile. L'appartamento è immerso nella campagna in un angolino tranquillo a pochi minuti dal mare ed essendo dotato di giardino recintato lo abbiamo trovato davvero comodo per un soggiorno con il nostro amico a 4 zampe. Un posto consigliatissimo, ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate!

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso; prima fra tutte la disponibilità e gentilezza di Oriana che ci ha accolto in una casa curata in ogni dettaglio, dove non mancava alcuna comodità per passare un soggiorno in totale relax immersi tra i colli marchigiani. Un grazie speciale anche da parte della nostra cagnolina che forse ha apprezzato più di tutti le colazioni nello splendido giardino.

Jennifer è un host attenta ai particolari, una persona eccezionale con un gusto marcato, la casa era impeccabile, attenta nell’ arredamento che si sposa bene con la storia della casa. Insomma tutto super, dalla pulizia alla posizione, struttura consigliata al 100%, sicuramente torneremo 😍

Ideaal verblijf voor mensen die houden van rust, stilte en natuur. Privacy is helemaal gegarandeerd. De gastvrouw en -heer zijn vriendelijke en correcte mensen. De prijs komt overeen met wat je krijgt. De communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Mijn vrouw en ik hadden het hier erg naar onze zin. Nogmaals dank aan de familie Blaas.

The apartment is bright, good design, with a beautiful view, we also really liked our balcony. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, for us a great bonus was the coffee machine. Alessandra was super helpful! I would gladly go back there :)

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s house. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The surroundings are amazing. Beautiful views and absolute peace and quiet. The town of Macerata is nearby and has lots to offer. The house is a perfect base for exploring the Marche region. We felt very much at home. Marco is always available to answer questions and gave us lots of good tips to discover the region.
