very kind and polite, he responded quickly, I was passing through and ended up arriving very late at night and he was very flexible about the check-in and check-out. the house was clean, everything was very new, the house is on the fourth floor. the place is hot but there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and a fan in the living room. he left us coffee, sugar and salt and water in the refrigerator. it was very good because we couldn't buy it on the way. I highly recommend it and I will return other times.

The stay at Carme's apartment was excellent, proactive host, answered what we requested quickly, the property well located and exactly as in the description. Impeccable bed and bath linens. Great stay, for sure when I return to Teresina I'll stay there.

Great accommodation! The apartment is in one of the best locations in Teresina, with easy access to everything I needed. The air-conditioning in perfect operation was a great differential, mainly due to the warm climate of the city. The beds are super comfortable. Marcos was attentive and everything was clean and well organized. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!
