Lea took care of us very well. The house is very cozy. The sheets have a fresh, clean smell. All the facilities are very well thought out and welcoming. The hammock helps us rest and the garden helps us disconnect.

We spent a simply wonderful weekend in this impeccable house in Teresópolis, next to friends and family. The experience was perfect from start to finish! The house is extremely well cared for, comfortable, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. You can see the affection and attention to detail in each environment, including everything that existed for the children. We truly feel at home! Even without being present, the owners were extremely attentive and careful in ensuring that everything was perfect for us and it made all the difference! A special thank you to Rodrigo, who received us personally with such kindness, sympathy and availability — we felt welcomed from the first moment. We would love to come back and experience new moments as special as this weekend. It was amazing.

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

The stay at the house was extremely pleasant. Staying amidst nature on this holiday was invigorating. Everything from the house faithful to the advertisement. Host always attentive to messages and willing to solve unforeseen qq. The condominium is also quiet and complete. I will certainly come back more often!

My family and I rented the 2 houses, (01 and 02), both very spacious, both equipped with everything for the kitchen, very large rooms and very clean bed linen. Mr. João and his wife, very attentive to my questions!! It was a great weekend!!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed. The place is beautiful, perfect nature, peace and quiet to rest from the routine. We made the most of it and strolled around the surroundings. As a gift, we had the dengo of the local dog. At night it was warm and cozy. We took beautiful photos and we will cherish these days with great nostalgia. I highly recommend it.

Good afternoon, I would like to thank Juliana for kindly receiving us, and also to say that we spent unique moments in the place, very green and that little waterfall noise that made us relax, all the rooms were clean and impeccable, the outside was very spacious, there were places with tables and chairs where we could talk and eat in peace, the large pool for swimming and playing easily, a large volleyball area (my suggestion would be to put a screen so that the ball does not fall in the neighbor's area or in the waterfall), the nearby tourist spots that we can visit easily, nothing to complain about, but to suggest (items such as salt, sugar and oil should be in bags and not sachets), but that does not erase all the leisure moments. I thank you for the opportunity to stay in this place, I will definitely return.

The house is cozy, fully equipped. We had a water issue which was promptly solved. The staff that works for the house was also very friendly and helpful.

It was easy to reach by car in view of the clear explanation of the announcement. The place is quite pleasant, many trees around, a little river passing in front of the chalet, making the climate even more relaxing. Our hostess Ms. Monica, very friendly and helpful. Letícia was extremely attentive, the condominium is beautiful, the view is incredible. However, the only issue was that in the photos it seemed to be a totally independent space, but the kitchen is shared, which was not a problem, but for those who want to cook a lot and make elaborate recipes, keep this in mind. In addition, everything was very well organized, clean, and the hosts were extremely polite.

We simply love the accommodation! The space is super cozy and romantic, it was also very clean and fragrant. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the fondue machine was at our disposal. The location is great, close to greenery and in contact with nature. And the host Paulo was very attentive and helpful, he kindly provided us with water, soda and the fireplace kit. We love it and recommend it!

Our weekend was excellent! The place comfortably accommodated our group of 20 adults and 2 small children. The place is beautiful, with several leisure options. We didn't even have time to enjoy everything :) The staff were extremely polite and helpful and helped with absolutely ALL of our requests. Really a place that everyone loved and has already said they want to come back to!!! 10/10!

I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for my nephew's birthday. The space is very cozy and has everything you need. Very warm shower. Flexible check-in. I liked it a lot. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Very quiet, cozy place, and it leaves you very close to nature, my 4-year-old son really liked the space, which is huge, the balcony overlooking the forest, lighting the fireplace at night and warming up next to it. I'm sure it will be the first option when I return to Teresópolis! The hosts are extremely polite and attentive, they made sure nothing was missing and gave super valuable tips! It is well worth it.

The stay at the Chalet was perfect! Everything is as shown in the photos, or rather, in person everything is even more beautiful! The cottage is 100% functional. Extremely clean and very cozy. Well reserved location and good access, but you need to be careful because there are curves and the streets of the neighborhood are a little narrow, but nothing that prevents you from reaching this paradise called Chalé Encanto de Maria. Mariana is always very solicitous!! ❤️

The house, although old (construction, furniture and utensils) is well located, in a quiet environment. Some moldy-smelling rooms that soon dissipated when we opened doors and windows. The high setting of the house is an all-glazed solarium, excellent for a breakfast in the sun or a wine in the evening.

My stay was PERFECT! The house is exactly as in the photos, the gourmet area is exceptional! Everything works, the household appliances are of excellent quality, the decoration is of great good taste. The bed and bath linens were very clean and did not smell of mold/stored. The blankets were of good quality, the shower heats up very well! My family and I had a great time. We had a barbecue, played UNO, drank wine, and spent time with the family. Andrea is wonderful too, super attentive, responds very quickly and, despite the lack of 2 towels, she quickly resolved it. The house is great for those who want to enjoy the house, whether as a couple or as a family, as it is 50 minutes from the Teresópolis fair, for example. In other words, it is a very isolated place, with no restaurants or bars nearby. For me, everything was perfect and I intend to return soon!
