It's a 10-minute stroll down a scenic bush track to Narrawallee Beach or 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

The Studio Retreat

A calm, stylish retreat overlooking the lake, bush track to headland and two secluded beaches. Stroll south to excellent bakery, cafe or fish n chips, float gently up the inlet with the tide. Swim, SUP, surf, kayak, bike, fish, shop, sleep. Head north to Bogey Hole, Narrawallee inlet, explore Ulladulla or Milton. October is whale time! This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.
