You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

The house is nestled in the green Umbrian countryside in the municipality of San Gemini providing panoramic views and is the perfect place for relaxing and spending time between gastronomic and cultural locations. It provides easy access to historic villages in the area including Narni, Todi, Spoleto. It also provides opportunities to spend time in nature via walking and cycling tracks or relaxing by the swimming pool.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature. From June, the tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per day will be paid at the property for a maximum of 4 days
