Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions.
