Close to the center of the quiet Arroio Teixeira, there is an integrated leisure space with a balcony, a deck with a swimming pool and a kiosk in the outdoor area.

Near BR 101 and Rota do Sol, located between the Serra gaúcha and the north coast. For those who like nature, you can visit waterfalls and the Mata Paludosa, ride a bicycle, motorcycle and go hiking. At the back of the land, you can enjoy the Três Pinheiros River and also enjoy the nearby beaches (Curumim, Capao da Canoa and Torres). New decks to enjoy the view.

One of the most peaceful beaches in the region, affectionately nicknamed by its vacationers and residents of Texas Beach. Its pleasant climate enchants many tourists and is ideal for those seeking rest. In addition, it is conveniently located near the beaches of Capão da Canoa and Atlântida. Beautiful and cozy house for special days. It has 2 lawn grounds, swimming pool and game room with pool table and card table. The house provides 4 equipped bedrooms (bed/table/bath), wardrobe, ceiling fan and three of them with direct access to the pisicina and a suite, totaling 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with crockery and appliances. Kiosk with table, barbecue and skewers. Equipped laundry and beach chairs. Living room with TV and fireplace, Wi-Fi and 24-hour security.

Superior Container House - Arroio Teixeira - Capão

The place is unique for 2 people. The space is a reefer container with planned furniture and gas heated shower. Panoramic view of the surroundings and the sea in the background. Perfect terrace for sunbathing. Very ventilated without the need for air-conditioning. The space has everything to cook. Dry and ventilated with temperature control by the windows. New furniture and planned for home office. We don't host smokers. We do not host pets. We do not offer sheets and towels.

Located on the widest avenue of Curumim beach, close to the sea, supermarkets and downtown. It accommodates 10 people, with all the necessary infrastructure in a beach house. Comfortable for families, with space for barbecue and fun in its large patio. It has a garage for 5 cars, 2 of which are covered and 3 in the patio. Curumim is a beach known for its tranquility and in this house it will be no different, you can sit in the patio and enjoy a wonderful breeze with your mate.
