Our stay in Julia's house was nothing short of fantastic! Julia was a very hospitable and helpful host. Both in the communication before we arrived and during our stay. The house is fantastically beautiful, and from the terrace we had the most beautiful view of Tuscany's beautiful landscape. Here was the most wonderful life of cicadas, croaking frogs and beautiful fireflies. The house is very charming. 2 beautiful bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a completely unique bed. So good that we must acquire a similar one at home. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. Julia was so sweet to lend me a blender while we were there. 1000 thanks Julia for helping to make our holiday so successful and wonderful. We would love to return again

We spent four nights in Michele's house. The house is very well equipped, e.g. fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, induction hob and microwave, good internet and also very useful things like fly screens. The private terrace and pool were simply fantastic. The accommodation is very suitable for day trips such as to Pisa, Volterra or San Gimignano. Michele is a great host who always responds quickly and gives many useful tips. We will be happy to come back!

The house is beautifully situated in the middle of olive trees, in the distance you can see the sea. The view from the terrace is a great photo motif at any time of the day. We were there with 4 adults. The house offers the opportunity to be private for everyone and at the same time plenty of space for time together. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We will gladly come back. The house is perfectly equipped, with TV and WiFi, air conditioning and everything else you need. Electricity and gas are charged extra.

The Tana del Riccio is a small corner of Tuscany as we like it, away from the city, and yet close. Chiara is a lovely person who will recommend things, and guide you to this little house. Drinking a small Italian coffee in the morning before going for a walk is a real pleasure, you feel cool under the arches of this house, essential in the hot weather.

I stayed with Barbara for a few days and I found a welcome, kindness, precision and a spirit of hospitality that is rarely encountered! The house is spacious, comfortable, very clean and equipped with all the services indicated in the description. It is located in a quiet area of Vada, but very close to the various commercial activities and the sea (5 minutes to the nearest beach, which can be reached both on foot and by car with adjacent white parking spaces). The free parking under the house, in the shade of the trees, is also very convenient, which is very precious in summer. Nearby places to explore just a few minutes' drive away. Well-kept and quiet building and impeccable host, present, responsive and available to meet the needs of guests. I felt at home, safe and peaceful, with all the necessary comforts. 100% positive experience and definitely to be repeated! Thanks Barbara :)

This place is just magical. If you want quiet and peace on an actually working farm but yet very clean you MUST stay here. They were the most hospitable hosts I have ever had. We even adopted one of the little pigs ( MISS YOU BACON! YES, WE EVEN NAMED him BACON ). The property manager was extremely responsive and catered to any need we had. By the end of our stay they had become as family. I dare you to stay here and not be very very impressed. Thank you Christina, Carmelo, and of coarse Fabio. We love you all

We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to realize that I wasn't in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the region and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. A must-see for all those seeking peace and quiet or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means. We will be happy to come back!
