The property features two elegant villas that share a central swimming pool, surrounded by lush gardens full of flowers and greenery. It is located within my large olive grove, in a region renowned for its world-class wines and extra virgin olive oils.

The House is located in the historic center of Colonnella, a few kilometers from the blue flag beaches of Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto, Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto and 26 km from Ascoli Piceno. Completely renovated with spectacular panoramic views and large terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Bars, wineries, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short walk away.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
