Overall we had a nice stay at the Chai, comfortable accommodation with all the amenities needed. Sabine and Thierry are very friendly and welcoming. We recommend it with confidence.

We had a great time at Virginie and Fred's. A very nice welcome, caring hosts while being very discreet. A true haven of peace where we recharged our batteries as a family. The children particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and chicken coop. The opportunity for us to discover Corrèze in beautiful conditions. Thanks to this lovely family.

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time! We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Lovely hosts, who were also responsive when we needed help. Nice touches at the well-equipped property, and it’s very private too. We throughly enjoyed the garden (ripe strawberries every day!). The picturesque riverside deck at the back was a delight for swimming (depths to 2 metres) and for fishing (various species!) Our big dog loved the large, enclosed space. Description is accurate. This is a top choice if you are keen to explore Brive and this area.

We loved the old little house superbly renovated with these 2 terraces. Breakfasts outside with a view and quiet were appreciable. Jeremy made us taste his super ginger drink, a treat. Great welcome from Alexandre upon our arrival and for departure, welcome dynamic smiling. The space is spotless and matches the photos perfectly. Super well located Lascaux cave and shop on foot, super quiet street. Great family weekend spent at Alexandre and Tiphaine's. I would recommend it in a second.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Friends, some people have good experiences through airbnb, and some have out of this world incredible. Ours was insanely magical and out of this world!! We’ve never stayed at an airbnb quite like this! Laurence’s airbnb is situated in the countryside. It was clean, looked just like the pictures, served us breakfast in the garden each day with homemade jellies, and scrambled eggs + fresh coffee. She helped with instructions and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. Additionally, we had our own in-ground pool to soak up the 90 degree sun in. The only issue we had was ‘mapping’ the location through vehicle gps (which was entirely not her fault). The setting was so idyllic that I only hope we can return one day. Lastly, we got to meet and bond with her 3-month old puppy Leah. She has my heart. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you SO much Laurence

It is a small haven of peace in the countryside but close to the most beautiful main places of Dordogne such as Sarlat and Brive-la-Gaillarde. The house is cozy and the jacuzzi is really nice after a day of sightseeing. Thank you to Fabienne for her kindness!
