Splendid villa (180 m²) with large garden and private beach, close to all amenities, ideally located in Sainte-Anne (Grande-Terre), converging axis of nautical and tourist activities (market, craft village, ferry station, kitesurfing). Perfect for families or groups of friends, 8-10 people. 10 min walk to the village of Sainte-Anne and therefore one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe with a clear and calm sea totally adapted to the pleasure of young children as well as older ones.

The place is nice & comfortable and only a few min's walk from the warm Caribbean sea... Our family semi-detached beachflat has 2 bedrooms with air-conditionning, separate shower and toilet and a nice terrace. It fits a group of 4 adults or a family of 5. 📍 Within walking distance : the beach, 2 beach bars & restaurants and 1 diving club. ** Unfortunately this beachflat, that sits on top of a small hill, does not meet accessibility requirements. We're really sorry about that.

Large studio on Anse Mire beach 8 minutes walk from the dock . Bed 160, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, Tv , Wifi , linens and bath sheets provided... (BB bed to be loaned if needed). Outside double terrace: 1 sunny with sunbeds,mattresses, and outdoor shower, 1 sheltered with table and chairs. This studio awaits you for a pleasant stay, there is no shortage of sunshine. Access is available at 9am upon request .

Nice fully-equipped one-bedroom apartment located in the village of Terre de Haut (the anchorage) and on the pedestrian street. The apartment is composed of a bedroom with air conditioning, small kitchen equipped with essentials, small living room with sofa bench and TV. You have Wi-Fi at your disposal. Located near the landing stage, all shops, restaurants and pharmacy. This apartment is in a Creole house located on the beach of Mouillage.

This very elegant villa is perfect for staying in Terre-de-Haut. Located in Marigot towards Pompierre Beach a few minutes from the village, the bottom of the villa "Les Âmes-Claires" welcomes you in one of its 2 charming apartments (with connecting door) each with a bedroom (very large bed + extra bed if necessary), a bathroom, an indoor living area (living room with sofa bed and kitchen) and an outdoor living area (terrace and garden).
