The lovingly developed Neue Schule Wasserkoog offers a place for larger groups or families to meet, relax, talk, read, cook, play, learn or just be. The former classroom with 60 square meters, the large dining room, the middle room on the first floor or the cozy bathtub in the basement are places of togetherness. The large garden invites you to play, sunbathe or even relax in the hammock. It is three kilometers to the ocean and a walk through the beautiful village is relaxing.

Nordstrandnixe over land - 150 meters to the sea

In Traumlage - 150 Meter vom schönsten Nordstrander Strand Fuhlehörn entfernt - befindet sich das Nordstrandnixenhaus mit zwei Wohnungen. Bestens geeignet für zwei Personen ist diese kleine obere Wohnung. Das Bett steht in einer Nische, die durch einen Vorhang geschlossen werden kann. Vom Fenster aus blickt man auf den Deich. Ein kleiner Hinweis für unsere sehr großen Gäste: Die Deckenhöhe beträgt hier 2,07 Meter. Diese Wohnung befindet sich über der Nordstrandnixe an Land.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one in an open gallery above living and dining area) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, a fireplace as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Former farmhouse completely converted into two semi-detached houses with a spacious cottage garden in a quiet location in front of St. Peter-Ording on the north side of the Eiderstedt peninsula in the picturesque district of Wasserkoog in the municipality of Tetenbüll, only about 1.5 km from the North Sea bathing spot 'Everschopsiel' with a small harbor and restaurant. In about 15 minutes by car (20 km) you can reach St. Peter-Ording with its endless sandy beaches.

In the landmarked house right in the center is the stylish little apartment "Der Beamte." The official lives in a living/bedroom with double bed, dining table, desk & TV on the first floor. In the back, he lingers in the courtyard, which invites you to barbecue and linger in gray-colored weather. The official likes it a little stuffy, sits at the desk from 8-9 am & writes postcards, then drops the pen & likes to try the culinary delights in the immediate vicinity.

On the ground floor of the thatched roof house there is a guest toilet, a spacious living room with an open kitchen area. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large shower room with a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is also a washer-dryer in the upper bathroom. A large parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. The garden of the house is completely fenced.

Just a few kilometers from the family-friendly spa town of St. Peter Ording, the Hamkenshof is in an idyllic and quiet location. Surrounded by two ponds, an apple orchard and a large park, which are suitable for relaxing and playing, lies the historic Haubarg. The cozy apartment offers space to vacation alone, as a couple or with family. The listed Haubarg is one of the few examples that are still preserved today.

You'll love my place because of the peace and quiet and the good air and the mile-wide views over the fields as well as the pristine condition. My place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families.
