The wooded 3.4-acre property at the end of a cul-de-sac borders Wyoming BLM land to the east. National Forest Access via North and South Leigh Canyon is just a couple miles from the house. Hike/bike/snowmobile directly from the house.

River Pooh Bears are simple cabins with beds, electricity/portable space heater, ceiling fan, mini-fridge, an outdoor picnic table, and a fire pit. No bathroom or kitchen.
