Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place is as described. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! Saïd was friendly & always responded in a timely manner. Called you many times to hear that everything is ok. Furthermore, it is a quiet area not far from the sea, the house had everything you need except the washing machine which is very very old and do not know at all how to set it up this should definitely check. You will be spent at least 1 hour to get to Tetouan city due to the police that are there every day, unfortunately we have had fille every day. For the rest super large villa. With 1 room where you do have air conditioning. For the rest, the house is really super hot so a fan or an extra air conditioning in the salon for example would be perfect! But this does not have it. The garden is full of farmed vegetables super nice to see. If you can with heat, I definitely recommend this house!

My family and I had an unforgettable stay, the mix between the sea and the mountains gives a feeling of traveling all the time. The welcome was great, the place is nice everything is nearby: restaurant, shop no need to use your vehicle. the place is monitored 24/7 by a professional TPS company The caretaker is always available even at 1am I recommend all lovers of the sea and the mountains to come to this apartment .

We had a great time with the family. The duplex is spacious, clean and very pleasant. We were 6 adults and a child, and we found everything we needed in the accommodation, the house is very well maintained. We'll be happy to come back
