It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Our Modern, Bright, Spacious Self Contained Studio Apartment in Milton is ideally situated in a quiet village location. Close to the Science and Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, A14 and A10. Cambridge City Centre is approx 2.5 miles away. We are situated on a no through road. Fully fitted modern kitchen including oven, induction hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave. Kingsize bed, sofa and dining table/desk, tv with freeview. Shower room, zoned underfloor heating.

This cosy home is located in south Cambridge near to the train station and within half an hour walking distance of the historic city centre. The space is a separate building in our garden. We are located close to the vibrant Mill Road area, which has many independent shops, Delis and restaurants. Also close by is the Junction music venue, The Light cinema, tenpin bowling and Puregym. We are 10 minutes by bike from the biomedical campus and Addenbrookes Hospital.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

The Burrow

A pocket sized but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
