Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house. Just a short walk to the West Lake access for your kayaking and paddle boarding fun. Long Lake has beach access for swimming which is nearby. The large backyard, which is fully enclosed, is perfect for BBQing and outdoor fun. This Lake House has a King bed, Queen bed, Bunk Beds (for children), Twin Trundle and a Queen Pull Out. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Julie’s place was perfect for us. All the creativity in the gardens, the kayaks, unobstructed view of the beautiful lake. There were hummingbirds, butterflies and a little ground squirrel for our personal enjoyment. The swans swimming by were were an unexpected pleasure! You place is very peaceful and serene. Checkin was easy and she and her beautiful daughter were kind and helpful. Julie suggested some close places to eat and enjoy and we visited each one. She had the fire pit ready to light but the weather was so hot we didn’t use it. We actually enjoyed a couple of severe storms while we were there. Watching the display of lightning over the lake was amazing but we felt safe and sound inside. The sunsets were accurately photographed on her listing. Just beautiful! The trip to Lake Michigan is a short, scenic and easy drive. Thank you Julie. We did not want to leave and hopefully will be back soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away to attend a local graduation. We were able to bring our dog and be within close distance of the festivities while still having a quiet and peaceful place to relax afterwards. We have stayed at many Airbnb (and similar) locations, and we would absolutely stay again if we are in the area. Everything was clean and very inviting/comfortable for us.

Robb's place was perfect for our family's needs. Great location to all things in Kalamazoo and local family in the area. very comfortable, clean, and cozy home. All necessary amenities available. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with the host readily available if needed. Will definitely book here again for future stays in the area.

This house was perfect for us while we visited our nephew at Western Michigan University. The house was adorable. We loved the fenced in yard and everything was spotless and very homey and cozy. We would definitely stay here again anytime we visit the university. Kim was especially helpful at making sure that we got in OK and even let us know about events that were going on in the area!

Beauty dj spot and really close to downtown- was able to walk easily! Love that it has 2 bathrooms and patio! Neighbors were kinda noisy but the stay was overall very positive and would come back for sure!
