Welcome to the guesthouse in our backyard. Our accommodation is centrally located in relation to both Noordwijk beach (8 km) and the bulb fields (2 km). With the train station within walking distance, you can also be in Leiden in 5 minutes, in Haarlem in 15 minutes and in The Hague in 25 minutes. The room is tastefully decorated, entirely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you can see from your bed. You have a private entrance and also a part of our garden exclusively for you as a guest.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

This bright two-bedroom home on De Kaag sits right on the water, offering stunning lake views, a sunny private terrace, and peaceful surroundings. It’s an ideal, quiet base for exploring the Netherlands at a slower pace. From here, you can easily visit Amsterdam (40 mins by car), historic Leiden (15 mins), Keukenhof gardens (30 mins), and Utrecht (45 mins), before returning to the calm of the island. With private parking, easy access to swimming and water sports, it’s the perfect Dutch escape.

Breathtaking view of the surroundings from the roof terrace. Connected to the beautiful Kagerplassen and the A4 and A44 around the corner. The garden room has its own entrance with a sunny private terrace with table and (lounge) chairs. Wi-Fi, private bathroom with toilet and spacious rain shower. A linen closet, table with 2 chairs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and microwave. There is private parking space on enclosed grounds with charging facilities for an electric car. Location between the bulb fields, 5 minutes by bike from Keukenhof, historic Dever, cozy city center and 20 minutes by bike from the beach.

In dit prachtige chalet met uitzicht op weilanden ga je pas echt genieten. Buiten is er een groot terras met lounge-set, ligbedden, eettafel en een unieke plek om van de zonsondergang te genieten. Het chalet bevindt zich in een mooie natuurlijke en omgeving waar je onder andere kunt wandelen, fietsen, vissen en kanoën. Het chalet biedt de mogelijkheid om met kano’s (2) op avontuur te gaan over het water, waar je kunt genieten van rust en vrijheid. Handdoeken en beddengoed inbegrepen.

Enjoy our freestanding sustainable guesthouse of 55m2. The house has a beautiful fenced garden with great views on the flowerfields and it is close to the Dutch beaches of Noordwijk area. A perfect place for couples or young families! It is a great place to relax after a day at the beach, exploring the area by bike, boat trip on the Kaagplassen or a trip to Amsterdam (25 min to RAI), Haarlem, Leiden, Den Haag (all within 30 min). It is appr. 7km to the beach in Noordwijk

Spacious house with free parking, 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, 1 king-size bed, 1 bedroom with a fold-out bed (suitable as a single) and 1 bedroom with washer, dryer, workstation and a single bed. A lovely fireplace, spacious kitchen and a big garden with lounge, fire pit and private jacuzzi. Biking distance from Keukenhof, flowerfields and Lisse center. Also 10 minutes by car from Noordwijk beach. 15-20 minutes from Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam center by car.

Uniek en rustig gelegen huisje in pittoresk Warmond aan de Kaag op loopafstand van winkels en horeca. Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Between flower bulbs and green meadows lies our beautiful white house, with all modern comforts, situated in a lovely garden. Come by and visit, and enjoy a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Want to go out? The city centre with restaurants and a supermarket is just a 5 minute stroll. The beaches of Noordwijk can be reached in 15 bicycle minutes. And the famous "Keukenhof" is just in the next village. Looking forward to welcoming you.

Rural detached log cabin in Noordwijkerhout

Cozy log cabin (17 m2) for two people, equipped with shower and toilet. Detached with lots of privacy and plenty of space outside. Possibility to make coffee or tea. There is a double bed in the room. Two single beds are also possible, we would like to know this well in advance, so that everything is ready when you arrive. A delicious breakfast can be booked. On request: evening meal to order: fresh soup with bread platter.

The Blue Tulip

De Blauwe Tulp is a characteristic bulb grower's house from 1906. In this special place, you can enjoy peace, space, and an authentic atmosphere. At the same time, it is the ideal base for beautiful cycling and hiking routes along bulb fields, dunes, and the beach. With the train station a ten-minute walk away, you can also easily reach Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem, or Amsterdam.
