Great location - 10 mins walk to cafe's, restaurants, supermarket and Hospital. 75 mins drive from Auckland International Airport. Our home offers separate private guest accommodation in the downstairs of our house, with separate access for guests' convenience. Thames is well situated for travelers exploring the scenic Coromandel Peninsula, the Kauaeranga Valley and other attractions within the area. Easy access to walking tracks and the Hauraki Rail Trail. Beaches are within an easy drive.

We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.

You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.

Cute, comfy warm 2-beddie self contained downstairs flat. Sea views, flat lawn, retro 70's Kiwiana space. Hosts have paid attention with larger comfy beds and quality furnishings. Short walk to child friendly safe Brophy’s beach. Quiet, private, warm, safe, secure, on-site hosts for questions. A great base to see all Coromandel. Kayaks, undercover BBQ to use.
