This place was exactly as Mentioned. Only issues was water wasn't that hot for shower and the patio wasn't really accessible. It's bit over priced but everything was as mentioned.. the amenities were perfect!! I had a great time

We had an awesome experience at this property, the property was easy to find , plus it is exactly what was shown in the photos , the highlight being the balcony a lovely and maintained space to enjoy evenings . The hosts are very kind and responsive. The property is worth the money and is squeaky clean would highly recommend everyone to experience it .

Arzan is a great host, Right from checkin until checkout, he made sure we are comfortable and being taken care of, Place is quite big with a beautiful terrace making it a gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family! The house had a great vibe—clean, well-kept, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available, and the kitchen was fully functional, which made things really convenient for us. The host went above and beyond—he even arranged a few extra kitchen items we requested within 10 minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Our stay was peaceful and felt just like home. The villa was clean and set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was unavailable due to ongoing maintenance. However, Madhavi was extremely cooperative and responsive throughout. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again.

Caretaker Kaustubh was one of the best person I've ever met. Bro was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout. Thanks to Sidhhesh as well for maintaining the property really good.

Visited the place and stayed for 2 nights with my family (including a 1.5 yr old toddler and a pet dog). The accommodation was great and gave us a good family time. The host was very proactive and responsive. She ensured to provide the necessary details beforehand including location, recommendations, meal details. Her property was filled with all required amenities for a good and relaxing stay. The food was also great and good quantity. The staff are very helpful. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

House is beautiful and nature around it is astounding. Veranda has huge swing, sitting on it was relaxing. The highlight was the swimming pool. It is not huge but very clean. Nature is awesome. Three bedrooms are super clean and huge. Living room has high ceiling. Few things to note. Kitchen has only one burner so, not ideal for full-fledge cooking. Bathrooms need some cleaning. Host lives in the same bungalow but they have separate entrance so it is up to the guests to communicate with them. We had good time with Raj. Overall we liked the place and hosts were helpful.

Thank You for a great stay Positives: Jimish is super helpful and takes extra steps to help. The location is good, easy to locate. The bunglow is a independent, with a garden. The family had a lot of fun! The living room is big to accomodate a lot of people For sure worth the money. I also liked the small use-ables soap, shampoo, towels, tissues, kitchen stuff were provided. That shows the team is very caring. Improvements: I was with two kids so I believe the place could be cleaner (bathrooms, bedsheets) My place was nearby, so I had to get several bedsheets from home. Some small bugs in the living room, probably because of the garden. The last room @ 2nd level air con was too noisy, to the level, we had to turn it off.

Thank you Saajan for a wonderful stay I will always recommend Modi Casa. Host is helpful, polite and responsive I booked the place for a week with 5 kids and we were all females with my old parents. Location is amazing, even neighborhood is great. We felt like home. Due to storm there was some electricity issue and even inverter also stopped working, but i m grateful to host who arranged the generator on other day. Place is kid friendly and my parents also enjoyed a lot 5 star to host and place too Caretaker was also helpful

This is a great place to stay for family. We 4 of us stayed in the house with two bedrooms. As we entered the house, it surprised us with the facilities this house had. It gives the right vibes of living in a house with the kitchen and the utensils. Tushar was extremely kind to respond and help us in best possible way. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place next time.

A perfect place to get out of the hustle of Mumbai City and have a peaceful weekend. Ritesh is a wonderful Proactive host who makes it very easy for the guests from the time you check in to the time you check-out. Go for it and enjoy the beauty of Palava City. Best time to visit- June to Feb.

Jabs is such a warm person and the one of the best person I have come across. She cooks delicious meal and we are glad we had the opportunity to taste it. The stay was very comfortable and it truly felt like home away from home. Whenever I visit Mumbai, I am a 100% sure that I am gonna stay with Jabs again. I would recommend everyone to book this place without a doubt. Also, my son made great friends with Lucky. He is such a obedient and friendly pet.

To begin with, check-in was easy. Flat was pretty clean and gave an aesthetic vibe, even the bathroom was good with nice decor. I stayed there for 1 day and this was my 2nd time staying there. I really felt like home. They provided a good amount of utensils in case if We want to cook something. I really believe it's a great choice for 4 people to live together or solo traveler. Wifi was working perfectly fine. Moreover, it's already situated in the perfect location, metro is one minute away, and the places where I wanted to visit were also nearby. Lastly, I will recommend all of you to kindly book this Airbnb, and i am pretty sure this won't disappoint you. Good luck.. Keep it up 👍

My family had a very comfortable stay at Zoeys Kharghar. The house was exactly like the pictures and the description available online. It came with a fully functional kitchen in terms of appliances and cooking utensils. Mr Vikas, our host is a great guy. I really appreciate his quick responses and helpfulness. It was great connecting with him and would rebook his place in future too.

Shardul is a great host. It was my first time staying in his place and it’s worth the money. The fact that he is extremely proactive and gave clear communication and was always in touch made my stay worth. The place has oven, fridge, washing machine, each and everything was provided, much better than any hotel room, made me feel like am home. Had a wonderful stay.
