Hien is a wonderful, warm and funny person… this space is lovely and quiet perfect to be at peace. She is so thoughtful to show you around, bring you coffee,, arrange rides and so forth. Just a lovely individual I wish I could’ve stayed for much longer.

Beautiful house for a peaceful life. There is a market and places with food nearby. Good internet. The host is very nice and responsive, helped us with all the difficulties that arose!

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. My stay at Tinh House was truly an amazing experience! This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the most beautiful lounge, filled with stunning decorations and lush plants everywhere. It felt like an oasis! I also loved the adorable kittens that greeted me. The onsite cafe was a great perk, offering delicious food and drinks. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Finally, the rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Tinh House for a wonderful stay!

In a word, it was perfect because it was concise.Different users may have different thoughts, but my family was very satisfied. It was perfect in location, facilities, and everything. I will use it again next time I visit.The host was kind and handsome. Thank you.

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.

I had an amazing stay at The Sky in Sun City, Phu Quoc! The apartment was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with large windows that offered breathtaking views of the ocean and city. Watching the sunset from the master bed was one of the highlights. The location is very convenient — close to restaurants, cafes, and just a short ride to the beach. The area feels fresh and vibrant, perfect for both relaxing and exploring. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and a comfy bed. If you're looking for a clean, stylish place to stay in Phu Quoc with great views and a central location, I highly recommend The Sky at Sun City. I’d definitely return!

Very hospitable host. Personally met and escorted to the airport. If anything was needed, it was provided free of charge. When I needed to make a barbecue, I provided all the groceries for free. Highly recommend this apartment

great location for people who want to spend time near hon thom cable car and kiss bridge... good for all cuisines except..for Indian food and vegetarian food which was not at all available near the place....

First time to Phu Quoc and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is a part of a newer development, so it’s fairly slow paced and quiet. There’s a beautiful pool, and a quick walk to the beautiful beach. It’s a little bit of a trek to the night market by car. This location is centrally located, so it allowed us to explore the fish markets in An Tôi area and areas up North. The best part was Hoa and her husband are so kind. They were responsive to all of our needs, helps us book shuttles, etc.

Lovely apartment in a part of the city that is off the tourist places. Amazing sunset view with pittoresk fisher boats. I loved the round windows with the amazing view of the stars from the bed at night. The water is clean enough for a quick swim in between, and there is a great beach about 10 minutes to the north by motorbike. Also em Van was most helpful - supporting our slightly bumpy arrival, giving advice on places to go, helping us renting a motorbike… Cảm ơn rất nhiều em Van! The location is slightly remote - having a motorbike is advisable. If you want to get a glimpse of the “normal” live in Dương Đông, the fishermen’s work, the women mending nets - it’s a good place. There’s a nice cafe around the corner as well as a restaurant. If you want to be in the middle of bars and spas and close to the night market you might want to choose a different place.

Villa is beautiful and clean inside.2 main rooms, spacious with bathtubs.The other 2 rooms are very spacious, and we are very comfortable.We will check the air conditioning and hot water when you check in. If there is a problem, the host will handle it quickly☺️ Although the weather was not very good this time, and we did not go out to sea, we had more time to stay in the villa to enjoy, and I am very satisfied with this stay

Tin’s place is a great place to stay at for short or long term. Tin has been such a great host and very responsive since before I started booking with him. He was very quick on taking actions that needed to be done and his assistant was very sweet and helpful. I would totally recommend staying at this place it’s exactly like in the photos it’s beautiful and feels like home. I was on the second floor penthouse and there was a small kitchen outside and a dining table great to have a small takeout dinner with friends and family. At night the balcony was beautifully lit. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Phu Quoc. Thank you Tin for being such an amazing host !

Good choose for every family.

A little far away but very quiet and cute place

It's a very nice apartment with high ceilings and big bathroom. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner. We appreciated the responsiveness and the fact that we got everyday free drinking water. Location is perfect for those who want to feel the local vibe. Also, it's not clear from the picture that the backyard is actually shared with another apartment, we would appreciated knowing that in advance, but overall we had a pleasant stay.
