The apartment looked exactly like the photos ,if not better. It was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I felt completely at home. The location was perfect: there’s a grocery store in the building, a beautiful view of the park and SwanLake, and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city center, but still very convenient. The host was amazing: super kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. I spent a wonderful time here and honestly didn’t want to leave. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

This flat is the perfect introduction to Hanoi It is spotless and in a great location. There is a small supermarket next door which is helpful and the flat is about a 10 minute walk from the bars and shops of the old quarter. The host was so responsive and helpful, especially when we got locked out. The roof terrace was an amazing added bonus. We’d love to stay here again!

Super charming stay! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, and the projector made our evenings so fun and relaxing. We arrived early and Moona kindly held our bags until we could check in, she was so fast to respond and very helpful! The place is very central right in old quarter with everything on your doorstep.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and felt like home. Even if I had a bit of trouble in finding the lobby entrance, but everything went smoothly afterwards. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting this area!

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

Kemkay was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. Location in old quarter was great , just 200m to the busy areas and quiet enough to be enjoyable on the balcony and rooms. A/c worked well and home is very comfortable. Lam Son was brilliant in helping out with things to do and recommendations , very trustworthy. Would definitely stay again if in Hanoi.

Here’s why: Modern and stylish interior Located in a safe, family-friendly area Grocery store and a great café just 1 minute from the door Nice view from the apartment Comfortable bed Ocean Park is a great place to live. Calmer and with (a bit) better air quality than central Hanoi The host was very friendly and always responsive. Any request I had was handled quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely book this place again when I return to Hanoi. 2 things that you need to know: - Ocean Park is about 35–50 minutes by car from Hanoi city center. A Grab ride costs between 250,000–450,000 VND one-way, depending on your destination. - On some evenings and weekends, the apartment Wi-Fi speed dropped below 6 Mbps, so I had to switch to a café or mobile hotspot for video calls.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Very responsive host

I stayed here for a month and everything went really well. The apartment is even better than the photos, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The gym is nice too but what I appreciated most was how quiet it is. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a lovely park and local families around. It’s a bit far from the city center (about 30 minutes), so having a vehicle is better for longer stays. But if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility away from the chaos, this is definitely one of the best options

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!
