This award-winning 1890 fully renovated and restored cottage has retained much of its original charm -- beautiful and colorful walls, hardwood floors and high ceilings. This 1898 Victorian home was fully restored by Save 1900. Hosts of house are also hosts of DIY show "Restoring Galveston".Even though it's an old home this house has all the modern amenities you could want! Located in the Silk Stocking Historic District, only 5 blocks to beach, 1 block to Mardi Gras parade route, and close to all Galveston has to offer. All bedrooms have Queen size beds and there is a master with ensuite bathroom. This is comfortable and elegant living close to the beach!
