This amazing Penthouse apartment is on the top two floors in a relatively new building on Laugavegur, the main shopping street, fully equipped with everything you need for a short or medium-term stay. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a large bathtub and shower, kitchen, a living-room with a dining area and a large window facing south towards Hallgrimskirkja, the main Reykjavik landmark. The bedroom is upstairs along with a balcony providing excellent view to the south over the city centre.

A very centrally located apartment, the street is behind the famous landmark Hallgrímskirkja. Despite of that is quite residential and calm, but allowing for easy access to the downtown area. Guests love the location! All amenities are here in my apartment. Also the local pool is only 4-5 minutes way on foot which is great for a relaxing evening in the midnight sun. Shops are close by and the main bus station and domestic one are very close.
