It's a 2 mins walk from the new Serekunda hospital, 5 mins walk from MDI, less than 10 mins walk to Jimpex, and Kairaba Avenue. It has a fully-furnished living room, bedrooms, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen with a working gas cooktop with an oven, & a refrigerator with a top freezer. It also has a separate dining room with a beautiful dining set for an entire family.

A unique small two storey modern house. Can sleep up to four, one double bed and a sofa bed. The building has a kitchenette with two burner gas hot plate, fridge freezer and washing machine. Toilet's down and upstairs with shower in bathroom. Each bed room has a ceiling fan and one fan downstairs. Access to swimming pool and outside kitchen. Two first floor balconies allow full viewing Tanji bird life. Comfortable, clean and modern with full internet access. A 24 hour security on site.

Gambian villa to feel at home

„Thilo“ bedeutet Sonne auf Mandinka und hier bist du der Sonne ein Stückchen näher. Nur wenige Minuten vom traumhaften weißen Sandstrand entfernt, ist das Haus Teil des Santa Yalla Resorts, in dem regelmäßig Yoga Retreats stattfinden. Das Haus ist traditionell gambianisch gebaut und hat 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Auch eine kleine Küche ist dabei. Doch meistens werdet ihr euch in der Lounge, auf der Veranda oder im tropischen Garten aufhalten. Oder am Strand in unserer Santa Yalla Beach Bar.

Peaceful house with a private swimming pool. The compound is located on a cornerplot with high integrity. You can relax in the garden and cool down in the swimming pool if the sun gets to hot. You have walking distance to a peaceful beach and it is close to the coastal highway where it`s easy to find local transportation. There is also 4 bikes to use if you want to to explore the surroundings. Airport transfer can be arranged. The house will be cleaned twice a week.

Wspaniale spokojne miejsce idealne na odpoczynek i zaplanowanie wycieczek, w pobliżu cudowna publiczna plaża, okoliczni mieszkańcy przyjaźni i bardzo pomocni. Modou, który opiekuję się nieruchomością jest niebywale życzliwą i dyskretną osobą, której obecności nawet niezauważysz, a pomoże Ci w najdrobniejszej sprawie. Bardzo dobrze czuliśmy się w tym miejscu. Jest cicho, spokojnie i zielono, w pobliżu wszystko czego potrzebujesz do życia, sklep, restauracja, plaża. Dom zaopatrzony we wszystko, wchodzisz i mieszkasz.

Paul & Miriams place is great! The house is really nice (especially the fact that there are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a really nice pool). and the staff at the compound are super friendly and helpful with anything and everything we needed. We can highly recommend this plays for everyone going to Gambia!

Fantastic stay at a fantastic house. Spacious, comfortable and amazing communication from Edriss. Very beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by 360 degree views of jungle from multiple roof terraces - ideal place to watch the sunrise. Fantastic swimming pool, great facilities, reliable wi-fi, fans and aircon worked a treat, great kitchen and only a short walk to the local beach and bars. Was pefect place to retreat from the heat after our work building a classroom at a local school. The stay was made all the more wonderful by Hatab, the kindest, most gentle, friendly and hardworking caretaker ever! He really went over and beyond to make our stay special and was amazing at helping us with transport, food, local attractions, shopping, cleaning and even doing our washing. He even brought us produce he grew! Any minor challenges we faced or needs we had were immediately addressed by Edriss / Hatab - they did absolutely everything to get things sorted as soon as possible.

Alles hat super geklappt und besonders hervorzuheben war der tolle Empfang, obwohl wir spät angereist sind. Wir haben wundervolle 17 Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Der Pool war eine riesige Freude und Eliman, der Watchman, hat sich richtig gut um uns gekümmert und war super nett. Das Haus wurde sogar 2x sauber gemacht, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet haben. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Vielen vielen Dank für Alles!!!

Ein kleines Paradis. unter Palmen gelegen. Wir hatten einen geräumigen Bungalow mit Ventilator ausgestattet, so das die warmen Nächte erträglicher wurden, Auf der Vorterrasse zwei bequeme Sessel mit Tisch dort haben wir morgens gerne gesessen um unseren Kaffee/Tee zu trinken. Das Restaurant mit wundervollen Meerblick gerade auch zum Sonnenuntergang ein echter Traum. Essen sehr lecker zu einem günstigen Preis. Das Personal vor Ort macht alles möglich einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Der einzig negative Punkt für uns war das WiFi, praktisch nicht vorhanden. Wir haben dann immer wenn wir Internet brauchten einen Hotspot bekommen. Damit konnten wir aber gut leben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann mal wieder vorbei bei Mama Folenka
