The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatas place. The property is located in a great spot, on a quiet street and close to shopping centres and local attractions. The property is very inviting and homely. Beata was super helpful and timely in her responses, making check in, check out and general enquires a breeze. We're glad we booked Beatas Air BnB as it presents great value for money. Thanks Beata!

Home away from home. This house had every thing we needed and more. Our family loved the house and the pool. The kids corner inside and outside kept our kids entertained which was so relaxing for us. We loved visiting the green tree frog and fishes every morning. We have recommended this house to family and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin. Thanks Sean & Cate

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Wonderful place to stay, welcoming and comfortable. Host was great with her communication and answered all my questions quickly. The townhouse was central to my needs and made my stay in Darwin with my dogs stress free. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Darwin.

Benjamins studio is conveniently located near many great coffee shops and restaurants, and just across the road from the beautiful foreshore. The studio is beautifully renovated, and spotless. Benjamin is a very responsive host and goes above and beyond to accommodate requests. I’d definitely stay at the studio again during my next visit to Darwin

Erin's place was in the heart of the city and walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The apartment had a lovely view of the harbour and came with access to a car park, pool and gym. Clean and well kept, this was a great place to stay and base ourselves out of in Darwin

We stayed with Ben for a number of months and from the very beginning he was a fantastic host. The apartment was exactly as described and situated close to the main streets in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend this apartment more. If we return to Darwin we will definitely stay here again.

Super ausgestattetes Appartement. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders positiv war der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung.

Spacious Beachside Retreat, Plunge Pool + Patio. What a great stay. Absolute waterfront views... what a spectacular place to watch the sunset. Close to restaurants and bars. Gin and Fin had the best oysters and cocktails! The plunge pool was a welcome treat after a few hours in the hot Darwin sun. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are heading to Darwin.

Like staying at clean and organised friends apartment whilst they are on holiday. Obviously several airbnb’s in the building, and this one was good. Gym is closed for renovations and swimming pool is fairly gloomy, but our small kids had fun for 30 mins before a flight. The flat is exactly as described. No issues at all. The best accommodation we had in NT by a mile (4 places in 1 week). Shame they’re all so expensive.

David's place was a perfect base for our long weekend in Darwin. Loved the bread, milk etc on arrival; lovely clean sheets and towels; aircon, fans, laundry facilities. It all made for a lovely, comfy stay. We could walk into town easily, and down to the waterfront. David was fantastic with communication and flexible with check out times etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

My stay at Lauren's home was thoroughly enjoyable. An excellent location that is a short walk to shops, cafe, restaurants and the beautiful Fannie Bay waterfront. I'm already hoping this beautiful home is available for my next visit to Darwin.

We had a fantastic stay at this Darwin CBD apartment! The location is perfect — just a stone’s throw away from fishing wharfs and jetties, and within easy driving distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, giving us peaceful, restful nights. One of our favourite features was the spacious balcony with a lovely sea view and refreshing breeze — we found ourselves spending a lot of time there, especially in the mornings. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen and generous cooking space made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts and dinners. Parking was also hassle-free with convenient car park access. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our Darwin trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at Doug’s lovely place for a week. His apartment was very spacious, photos don’t do it justice, the apartment is great for families. kitchen fully equipped and a coffee machine and pods for coffee lovers. A fully equipped laundry which is super handy whilst on holidays. A lovely balcony to enjoy a beverage and snacks. Beds and pillows are super comfy with fresh crisp linen. Plenty of board games to keep family entertained. Air conditioners worked great! My family and I didn’t have far to go into CBD to explore or find a restaurant. Great communication with Doug, very quick to respond for any questions. So all in all a wonderful stay! Thank you Doug :)

Ben is a great host. My son had a nose bleed a couple nights and while I tried my best to wash out the stains, I communicated the issue and he was very understanding. I replaced the linen - Ben was very professional in the matter - took photos of everything affected and laid out the price. The location is great, close to everything! We enjoyed the markets whilst on a medical trip from remote community. He’s got some Tupperware for the kids and some camp chairs if you need them- with two bathrooms! And a coffee pod machine. We are grateful for Ben, his understanding and thoughtfulness.

What an amazing pad to stay in while exploring Darwin. This apartment has such a peaceful and picturesque setting right next to the amazing Darwin botanic gardens. The Airbnb is clean, tidy and extremely well stocked with amenities. Karen is a great host that checked in on us, provided flexible check in time, and gave great recommendations for our stay in Darwin. I’ll definitely have to book again for my next trip back!
