This studio condo is located right across the street from the Hangout. The complex is walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Our unit is one of 3 outside the hallways. So, it's in the front of the building, close to the elevator. We have a new stove and oven, new cabinets, paint, etc. The condo has a beach view - via a large wall mirror. It's a pretty nice view. The complex has 3 coin operated washers and dryers that are actually located right below our condo. See more notes.
