Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Bar Beach Lux Ground Floor Apartment 100m to beach

My studio is ground floor, beachfront, just 100 metres to famous Bar Beach and its fabulous sea breezes. It is within easy walking distance via Bathers Way to Merewether Beach or via the magnificent Anzac Walk to Newcastle Beach or the harbour. Great cafes in all directions. The studio has its own secure keypad access, privacy to come and go as you please. It is fully furnished with wifi, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. TV with access to your Netflix, Stan etc. Paradise!
