Our townhouse is conveniently located in between the Short North, the Ohio State campus, and the Ohio State Fairgrounds. As avid AirBnB users ourselves, we take pride in keeping the space clean, welcoming, and stocked with the basic amenities. The place includes a kitchen with the essentials, a living-room with working space, a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (king + queen beds + closet space), and an outdoor patio with a grill. Our favorite restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance.

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

Its prime location in the Short North is in easy reach of OSU and DT on foot or by bus. I expect guests to read my entire listing before booking & printed manual upon arrival, so that expectations are clear. As of 12/2022, the apt. feature a fully renovated bathroom.
