Kick your feet up at this beautiful new home just 9 houses down from Tulsa University! Upstairs, you'll find a plush, king-size bed in the huge primary bedroom with ensuite bath. Down the hall there's another large room with Queen bed and sitting area . Beside that, another room with a full bed and twin bed. Nestled between them is a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a desk/work area as well as a Queen bed and attached full bath. Amazing backyard with fire pit, grill, string lights.

A welcoming living area features a cozy arrangement of a grey sofa and a light-colored armchair. A natural wood coffee table sits in the center, complemented by a decorative rug. Sunlight filters through the shuttered windows, illuminating the space and creating a relaxed atmosphere.

This charming 1930s Tulsa bungalow was rebuilt in 2001 and boasts old charm with new amenities. It has two bedrooms and a bonus room with a comfy convertible sofa. Each bedroom has a full bath, and a half bath in the bonus room - a rare find! We have fast internet, TVs in every room, 2 car parking out front, a detached 2 car garage in the back, and an outdoor sitting area and fire pit. Whether jumping on the interstate, going downtown, midtown, or visiting TU, this home is convenient to all.
