Holiday rentals with breakfast in The Villages

We visited for my daughter‘s 10th birthday and could not have had a better time! We only live two hours south and visit the area all the time as annual passholders but this time we decided to stay at the Westgate resort for my daughter’s birthday and what a wonderful decision it was. The amenities at the resort are wonderful our kids had hours of entertainment between the waterpark, swimming pools, video arcade and restaurants with activities on site there’s almost no reason to leave the resort. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay and the condo was spacious and had everything you could ask for while being away from your own home. We were also allowed to bring our family dog so again this place is absolutely great and a safe bet for any family looking to relax and enjoy their time away! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts we will definitely be back!!

Very happy with our stay. Janie is an Amazing Host & a wonderful person. It was like we were staying at a family members home . She is so lovely & kind. She takes great pride in making your visit a 10 star experience. The house is extremely clean & modern . The bed is super comfortable . She stays on the other side of the house but is available during your stay . She spends a lot of time in the gardens which I refer to as “ Janie’s Botanical gardens “ it’s absolutely beautiful !! I enjoyed the coffee station and she was kind to leave out breakfast items. During my last day I commented on her necklace & she took time out to show me some of her custom made jewelry . She is very talented . I was happily surprised at the reasonable prices .I bought some as gifts but will cherish one custom piece specifically reminded me of my father (paratrooper) (heart with Wings) I will rebook at Janie’s place. I am happy for a platform like Airbnb that makes great vacations & new friendships possible

Clean, spacious, private, and well appointed space. Lou is friendly and accommodating.

Had an excellent 3-night stay at Candis’ and John’s place. They’re friendly, goodhearted, engaging hosts who go out of their way to help a guest feel comfortable and at home. The bedroom, with private bath, is spacious, super-clean, and nicely furnished. Extremely comfortable bed, nice temp control day and night, dedicated fridge space, full kitchen privileges, in-room TV with cable, and very reliable internet connection. But of all the perks included, what I loved best was the patio out back—lakefront view, beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. Definitely a 5-star stay—highly recommended.

We a wonderful stay at David and Stephanie Airbnb in Eustis, Florida. The room was clean, spacious, and included both a private kitchen and bathroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. What really set this stay apart was the hosts— they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even preparing breakfast for us every morning. Their hospitality made our trip extra special. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay in the area. Will definitely return. Thank you David and Stephanie!!)

Convenient location, plenty of nearby amenities and reasonably priced and varied restaurants, and the lake views are lovely.

The home was beautiful. The bedroom was very cozy and comfortable. Miss Gloria was very sweet and understanding. We had a few mishaps from Georgia to Florida what was a 5 1/2 hour trip ended up being a 10 hour trip due to a few complications and she was very understanding about me showing up a little late at night, but I felt very comfortable and she was very very sweet.

Jess is an amazing host!! The place is exactly how it’s shown in the photos, I will say to make sure you bring a sheet pan!! But other than that, Jess response time was quick and efficient thank you so much!!

The place I originally booked had some issues and host accommodated and upgraded me to a bigger nicer place for the inconvenience . So nice. Amazing stay !!

what a great place to spend a 6 day vacation. The place was super clean, modern renovation, peaceful. and had everything you needed. So much to do there at resort and close to everything. Will 100% return there again.

Had a blast. The Westgate Lakes is truly is family oriented and located central to everything. We really enjoyed the amenities on the property and plan to return soon.

Brantley and Anne were very welcoming. I was there for a Celebration of Life and felt right at home. They were able to get a room for my daughter later in the evening and communicated thoroughly. The room was cozy and well kept. I would definitely return again!

Our stay with Paulby Lourdes was absolutely wonderful.Dwsdevel when we arrived made us feel at home with their warm hospitality, the house was spotless and cozy. The charming surprise was the delicious breakfast that was offered something we did not expect and make the difference in our experience. Brantley and Ann were excellent hosts, personable, available and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent! The property is well maintained and spotless. The pool area is inviting and relaxing. We had the European suite and really enjoyed the private hot tub. Check in was flexible and easy. Closely located to the Lake allowing us to explore nearby. We were looking for a relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we got here. We will return and send friends!

Debra and Roger are gracious hosts and wonderful cooks. This was our second stay with them. We've now stayed in both bedrooms - hard to choose which one we like better.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself

Debra and Roger are *the* perfect hosts. The home is absolutely spotless and decorated lovely! They were flexible with us being in town for a concert hence late hours and we felt right at home. Debra's breakfasts and Roger's pastries were nothing short of spectacular! Seriously, even better than the local hot spot restaurant in town known for it's amazing food. But the thing that stood out the most was how graciously we were welcomed and cared for, spoiled actually, and how wonderful these two are in every way. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Debra and Roger for your amazing hospitality.
