Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Theater District, Manhattan

The house is very charming and well preserved. Lovingly decorated with attention to detail. The room had a nice view of the garden. The area is green with many historic buildings and cafes. Jordan is very friendly. I look forward to coming back!

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

I loved this place! Sherrie is SO nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and chill. The room was very comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Very walkable. Amazing food and coffee. Close to public transportation. I would definitely come back.

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

Tony ist ein toller Gastgeber - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in seiner stylisch eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung liegt zwei Gehminuten von der Metrostation in einer familienfreundlichen und sehr belebten Gegend entfernt und die Nächte waren trotzdem sehr ruhig! Die Betten waren hervorragend bequem und die Unterkunft äusserst gut ausgestattet (vor allem Küche und Bad) und sehr cool eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt! Die zwei Schlafzimmer liegen entfernt voneinander, so dass mein Vater und ich ausreichend Privatsphäre hatten - perfekt für uns! Alles war genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben - sogar noch besser. Wir zögern nicht, auch das nächste Mal wieder bei Tony zu sein! Herzlichen Dank!

Es una habitación muy cómoda, justo lo que buscaba. El precio está muy bien en comparación con toda la oferta de la ciudad. La casa está justo al lado del metro con línea directa a lo más importante de la ciudad. La habitación tiene un microondas y una pequeña nevera. Pettrina fue muy amable y tiene instrucciones muy claras en varios lugares del alojamiento. No es necesario contactarla si no es una emergencia. Todo perfecto. Gracias por la estadía!

A refreshingly warm and delightfully appointed place. Andrew is on site, and the place has a warmth missing in a lot of places, particularly those run by services. Great decor, some of which Andrew makes. Comfy bed, quite quiet, and Andrew was a quick, concise and friendly communicator. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!

Viktor was great as a host! He was proactive prior to our arrival and made sure we were comfortable in the unit upon check-in. The location is near Madison Square Garden so the sidewalk in front of the unit was busy before and after events but nothing that disturbed us. The bed is firm! If you prefer a softer mattress this may be an issue. We walked to Chelsea Pier, The High Line, The Vessel and Hudson Yards during our stay. The subway is next door at Penn Station. We were comfortable and felt safe.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Daniel’s place will be my new go-to place to stay when I come to New York. The apartment was definitely professionally designed and the pictures do not do this place any justice. My wife and I only stayed 1 night since I was only in town for a work conference, but we both enjoyed the short time we were here, super quite, very luxurious…we will be back again for an entire weekend for sure. Daniel the host was also very helpful and accommodating to my late check-out. Thank you again Daniel.

Good location and nice apartment did the job

This spot has it all. One block away from the theater district and 1 block from Hell's Kitchen. Walkable to everything! The neighborhood at night was bustling and fun, but quiet during the day. The apartment was in the rear of the building, so super quiet for sleeping. The bed was comfy, the showers hot, and I appreciated the bottled water in the fridge. I had booked one Broadway show, but upon seeing how close this spot was to the theaters, I ended up booking a cheap theater ticket every single night I was there (at most a 10 minute walk). As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe. Every kind of restaurant, cafe, coffee shop you can think of within walking distance. Be aware....the address originally provided is NOT the correct address. I met Sina on the street so wasn't paying attention to the address. I returned at night to original address provided, and obviously couldn't get in. I checked my messages, and saw the new address provided. It's very close to address listed.

Location Location Location! Very hard to find a neat place to stay on UWS. This apartment has great restaurant selection right at the door step. Either for a cozy dinner or kids crazy morning routine. Keep in mind this is NYC so not elevator access if you need but it was ok for us even with stroller. Overall recommend this place if you budget allows.

Anthony is the best host I’ve ever had! So friendly, welcoming, and super responsive. He has clearly poured ample love and care into the space—it is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, and truly an easy Williamsburg oasis!

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
