Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο με απεριόριστη θέα της αγοράς. Το ανσασέρ της πολυκατοικίας ανεβαίνει μέχρι τον 3ο κ μετά υπάρχει μια σκάλα για το σπίτι.
